Wow shonen. I have no idea how to join scratch team, but I think emailing them or going to Massachusettes would be a good idea. Where did you get those 2 diplomas?

Well, you could download the source code to Scratch here:

Then, look at these 10 pages of suggestions:

Implement some of them and show your work. If good enough, I'm sure you'll get contacted by the team...

Use Squeak Smalltalk to modify the Scratch source code.
