That doesn't count as a language though, just as a word substitution code

Is it going to have verb conjugation and structure or just be word for word to English?
Basically word for word to English, but a few differences such as adjectives, adverbs etc. being after the noun/verb.
And I'll add some other ones to the main post after school.
And please, we're doing this for fun, so stop complaining people.

You can't just replace words randomly and call it a language.
You have to have pronounciations, grammar rules, and slight predictability. You can't just go "Oh, let's make a language by making up words!" because that's a relex. Which isn't as awesome as a language because it's english with new words. Also, to make it more unique, you need to think of more sounds, and possibly an alphabet, or if you're feeling like you want a challenge, make it character-based like chinese languages.
I recommend reading this if you want to make a language. It helps you create grammar systems and sounds and everything else you need to know.

I'll make it in Scratch. In fact, I already have. It needs to be downloaded to work. But since you cannot download, you can also use the Java player, but it only works once. Usually you can press the green flag to reset, but in the Java player you need to refresh the page.

Yes you can, assuming it's not meant as a serious language. I mean, geez, what do you have against fun?

Main sentence order:
Subject, subject's adjective, direct object, direct object's adjective, verb, adverb.
English:
The evil shark chases the good octopus hungrily.
Language:
The shark evil octopus good chases hungrily.
Add anything if you want.

A language? Cool! Sounds like a cool thing to do.
Maybe we should name it Scratchinese.
