My project is to large (Over 10 mb) How do I fix it?

Based on the subject, my question is pretty self-explanitory

If compressing doesn't fix the problem, try eliminating unnecessary sounds or images.

Well, if compression doesn't work, there isn't much that can be done except for probably re-writing code in an attempt to reduce file size. 'When green flag pressed' blocks and 'forever' blocks have a tendency to increase file size (around 3kb, which sounds small, but a lot of them can add up to a bigger sized project), so perhaps you can try to change the coding to limit the number of 'when green flag pressed' and 'forever' blocks.
