I dedicate this post to Scratch! 3 years ago... I really was just your average kid... Scratch made me well-known throughout school! Scratch Team, without your amazing skills... I don't know what Scratch would have been like without you guys and gals!
Next, let's discuss Beta stuff from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time!
I have discovered:
Yellow Tunic
White Tunic
Obtainable Triforce
Ocarina Pedestal
Sun Song
Moon Song
Wind Medallion
Ice Medallion
NEW: Fightable Airwing (Not a place holder)
Kid Sized Goron Tunic
Kid Sized Zora Tunic
Black Tunic
NEW: Classic Link Battling Metal Link
Unused Double-Handed Sword(Not Biggoron Sword or Giant's Knife)
Link's Mid-Air Jump Ability
Smooth, Care Free Sword Slices
Pyramid Room Inside Great Deku Tree
Adult Sized Deku Shield
Adult Sized Kokiri Sword
Child Sized Biggoron Sword
Any answers for any of this? Any more Beta stuff? Post here and i'll add them!
Thank you Scratch. You have really helped me.

Yellow tunic was going to be aestetic, so was white.
Obtainable triforce is pretty obvious, it'd be an endgame thing.
Ocarina pedestal would be an alternative to the triforce symbols in fairy fountains, is my guess.
Sun song? You mean the sun's song? That's already in there, it's probably dummy code for an earlier version.
The moon's song might mean that the sun's song initially ONLY set the time to dawn, and the moon's song may have set it to moonrise.
Wind and ice medallions may have been for scrapped temples.
All this is just speculation on my part.

Good job with the speculations! I still wonder though.:
Green Tunic - Kokiri Tunic
Red Tunic - Goron Tunic
Blue Tunic - Zora Tunic
Yellow Tunic - Gold Skulltula (Guess)
White Tunic - Possibly a scrapped Fierce Diety Tunic. Maybe a different species of enemie?
Every Tunic is named after a species! What species are the Yellow and White Tunics?

New stuff
Speculation time!
Kid sized tunics: May be related to the Wind/Ice Medallions, meaning these temples may have been like the spirit temple (jobs for adult and child link?)
Black tunic: Invisibility in places is my guess, possibly to avoid a new monster within the missing temples? (Fuel(?); Rupees/Magic? Charges in areas and depletes outside them?)
Arwing: Built to test Z-Targeting.

You can't; what he's discussing is the leftover data from what was assumed to be betas.
The text is in there and coded to go onto items.
This is also how it was discovered that there was initially supposed to be gamecube-to-wii file transfers on twilight princess.
