Hey guys!
I set up permissions and prefixes.  Some things are still getting set up but otherwise were good to go.  There is new ranks to go along with these new plugins.  The ranks include:

Member
This is the rank you receive when joining you can build and that’s really it.

Trusted
Once you gain the trust of a admin you can be promoted to trusted.  You also have to had been on the server for at least 5 hours.  *Most players will not rank higher than this

Moderators
These players are exceptionally trusted by the admins.  They show excellent skills in all aspects (personality, responsibility and a clean record)  There will be 2 Moderators and they will be selected by the Head Admin and admins.
The have access to:
-kick players
-temp ban
-give command (only for fixing grief)
-teleport

Admin 
These are the players with the most responsibility, the are also the most trustworthy and responsible people.  They have the ability to change the rank of any player below them.  They are also responsible for selecting trusted players. 
They have Access to:
-kick players
-tempban
-ban
-gamemode
-give
-teleport
All commands really

Head Admin
Same description as Admins except they select moderators and can demote Admins with permission from samtwheels.

Those are the ranks most players will see there ranks when the log on if you don’t have a rank contact a admin. Thanks!
