Endless Productions is a company that is meant to do many things, as mentioned in the below statement.

Our Purpose: Endless Productions purpose is to be a company that encourages New Scratchers, and strives to bring great projects to the Scratch Community! We also encourage values such as teamwork, respect, loyalty, hard work, and many other good character qualities that can and should be applied to the work done for this company, as well as everyday life..

How We Operate: An idea is brought up by anyone, and is voted on by the voters. This idea can be for anything, an animation, a game, anything. If a 3/5 majority of the vote is achieved, that idea becomes our current project, or is placed on the pending projects row. Tasks are then assigned to the departments by the Administrators, and then individual tasks are assigned to individual people by the head of the respective department. Throughout all this, the Interns/Learners will be watching and learning, seeing how people work together. When all tasks are completed, the testers test it on the website, and give us feedback. If it is satisfactory, the project goes in our past projects row with a link, and we begin on a new idea.

How to Join:
  Programming: You must give an example of your work. If it is deemed satisfactory by the Administrative department, you must say how active you can and will be if you are accepted. If that is also satisfactory, you will be added to the list of members, and may report to the Head of Programming for your assignments.
  Graphics: You must give several examples of sprites, art, ect. that you have made, if they are deemed satisfactory, you must say how active you can and will be if you are accepted. If that is satisfactory as well, you will be added to the list, and may report to the Head of Graphics for an assignment.
  Sound: This will be decided by our current needs, we may need voices for something, or just some music. Ask for more details if you wish to join this department. Right now, we need two music finders, and one Narrator. To try out for narrator, submit examples of your voice in a project. The lines you can say are just about endless, minus bad language.
  Interns/Learners: All you have to do, is be either a new scratcher, or scratcher with limited projects and posts, and you will be accepted!
  Voters/Testers: All you have to do is ask! ( Note: You can be in this department as well as one other if you want. )
  Reviewers: Once again, just ask. Same note as with the Voters/Testers department.
  Temporary: If you don't have te time for full membership, due to any reasons, but really want to help with the current project, you can sign up for Temporary employment. To sign up, specify you want temporary, and give a demonstration of what you can bring to the project. Once the project is complete, your employment will be terminated, however, you may reapply at any time.
  Administration: This will be decided by current needs, but you cannot be in Administration without having gone through another department first. you must have proven yourself trustworthy and active in this company before you will be considered for this position.

For Members: When you start out, you will be an ordinary member of the department you signed up for. If you stick with us, and prove yourself worthy, you can be promoted to head of that department. If promoted to head of a department, you may assign that department a name, or nickname. If in this position you prove yourself unworthy, you will be removed, and return to being a regular member. The department can then be renamed by the next head. Members who show outstanding qualities may be asked to join the Administrative department, but this will be very rare. If asked to do this, you may decide your title. If you will be gone for any period of time, and will be unable to post on this topic, or are unsure about whether or not you will be able to post, then let us know in advance, that way you aren't cut from the company. Anyone who leaves for a week without warning will be cut from the company. If you wish to resign for any reason, then tell me, with at least one reason for doing so. If it is personal, just say so, and we won't press. ( Note: If a head resigns with good reason, the nickname they gave their department will be the permanent name of that department. )
