There shouldn't be any space problems with the dual slot cards, all sli/crossfire motherboards(as far as I know) compensate for that. The PCIx16 slots more then far enough apart.

Unless of course you mean get in the way of one of the regular PCI slots, I see what you mean there, but you can just move the card to the top x16 slot.

Yeah, I was checking for compatibility.
I'm probably not going to use the AMD card (Because I prefer NVIDIA), and they are the same price. (unless jj can convince me the AMD one is better)

AMD and Nvidia are just about neck and neck in performance right now, with Nvidia's cards actually running cooler and a bit faster, but AMD's are slightly cheaper. It really only depends on preference right now.
