My dad was trying to help me debug a script I made and he asked me to show the variables and to put it into single stepping. When I did that, and went through the long process of the loop going through while holding left arrow to change the x position, the variables that were showing (x velocity and x position) weren't updating. When I stopped the single stepping, they updated to the amount they should have been before. Is there a specific reason why the variables don't update or is it a glitch.
