The Scratch Team should have sent you an email, you can email the Scratch Team at help.scratch.mit.edu. And you can then tell them you are sorry.

You also shouldn't create a new account if your old one was banned.
Look at the reason in this sample ban.
You should also read Lightnin's post on the procedure for banning a user.
Edit: for those too lazy to click the link to that image, here it is:

No I haven't. You really shouldn't make new accounts when you are banned. Just contact the Scratch Team via help@scratch.mit.edu or follow jvvg's steps.

My post wasn't exactly steps, but yeah, it contains useful info.
Also, from looking around a bit, it doesn't even look like AllSparkCube is banned (user title in forums is "Scratcher" and not "Banned" and I can still access his/her projects).
And, I haven't been banned. I plan to keep it that way.

The title is still Scratcher (it hasn't been Banned since like 2007) and you can still see banned users' projects.

Oh, ok. However, at Kaj's page, it says that s/he was banned.
Btw, just for fun, here's what it looks like if you're banned from Mod Share:

Oh, ok. However, at Kaj's page, it says that s/he was banned.
That's if a user is deleted

Oh, ok. So there's no way of knowing if a user is banned or not? (unless you're the user, of course)

Please don't create accounts or use spare account go around a block. Instead, use the contact us link found at the bottom of every Scratch webpage to request that the original be unblocked.
