Should I report...
SOmeone who steals art off dA and google images? I've tried talking to her but s/he deletes my comments. So should i report he/r projects? I've heard that someone got banned for flagging someone who art stole.

Actually, you can usually get away with using copyrighted stuff in Scratch projects, as it counts as fair use.
