b) I'm using a Windows XP, 2002.
c) Inspiron 6000 laptop
d) This error comes up when I click ANY project: "Your browser needs java to view projects. Click here to install Java." I have Java installed. In my school, it uses Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6, and Scratch Projects work on it.
e) When I load a project, the above error appears.
I'm using Intel Proset Wireless. I know it's not my connection because Scratch USED to work, but now I'm getting that Java error and it's REALLY ticking me off. :(

Bump. I reinstalled Java, made sure that it works, and Java applets do not work! I followed the instructions on the site, and nothing changed. :\

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with Java. Does your problem sound similar to this one?

On Topic: Try using a different browser. Have you recently installed a newer version of Java, because you could try unistalling the one you've got, and installing an older version of Java.

Did you try clearing the browser cache?
