I'm not sure it'd fit any of the forum sections, unless you force fit it into Things I'm Making and Creating, which you probably shouldn't.

Do you mean forum post, or a blog post (such as an HTML one), or something entirely different?
I'd suggest perhaps Advanced Topics...
