I've read LS97's guide and verified that my site has no inappropriate content whatsoever,  and I shall ensure that it remains to contain only material that is appropriate for all ages and follows the Scratch community guidelines.

Not only have I read LS97's guide, and promise to be active at moderation, I have read numerous books upon the subject of website: security, housekeeping, design, moderation, and development.  The rules include the general community guidelines, as well as a further advance into security, and safety matters.  Safety, and Security is our number one priority.  Revolutionizing Entertainment, is our second.  Inappropriate content, and behavior is not tolerated at all.  Neither are inbound links from such sites containing such content. I've removed subsection h, can it be approved?

I have read L967's safety guide several times, and will make sure myEquestria contains no content inappropriate for any audiences (it will soon become a co.cc).
At the moment there is no user submitted content, but I hope to create a heavily moderated blog with user comments allowed, and a guestbook which is checked before entry.

I'd like to know the outcome of your discussion...

I noticed that you said it's easy and educational to make.... 

shouldn't that be fun, and educational?  Hypothetically, it might not be easy for some people.  98% of kids in my middle school don't know what HTML is, or even how to use weebly.  Just helping out, it's a bit misleading.
