Is this being made in Scratch?  If so, it probably would fit best in Requests or Collaboration.  I'll move it to Requests for now and you can let us know if it's not a Scratch Project and we'll think about another home for it.

Well, I'm told in Reports that it's not a Scratch project - so TiMaC seems like the best place for it.
