actually, lets just make society guidelines like they have on scratch.  Terms and conditions can be used, but society guidelines can be more of guidelines.

right now, we don't really need a big terms and stuff.  we're just setting the building blocks for what's to come.  Making projects, improving the website, it's all just building blocks for something big!
