You'll need to be more specific. The scripts involved in making a game are as varied as there are games. Are you making a platformer, board game, top-down shooter, etc.
Additionally, while this forum is great for help with individual concepts or scripts, it seems that you are asking the community to essentially make you a game.

Could you be more specific? Games are very complicated and varied--there is no "every game should have this" script.
