Ask people if they will attend.

Advertisers:
Advertise in- Newspapers, Magazines, Forum Threads, and Scratch Projects. And in their signature.

Animatiors:
These people program art that the artists do (More info on that later)

Attendees:
Attend. They also either- Give their Fursona, scalesona, feathersona etc. OR Give their character/apperance. (More info below.)

Artists:
Draw stuff. Frame by frame. More info below.

More info for artists/animators:
Artists will draw the party, and take peoples requests. They draw people's fursona/appearance- then they give it to the animators. They should create a group thread for this in Requests.

Animators will animate the artists work. They will program the people's fursonas/appearance to do what the person wants. They should create a group thread for this in Requests

Attendees must give the artists what they want their fursona/appearance to be. Once the artists tell you your art is done you must give a link to the project to the animators on their thread.

INFO ON THE PARTY:
The artists give the frame by frame to the animators, who animate. Then once Requests for art and animation is closed, they will put it all together into on project. The project will hopefully be released on May 19th 2012!

If I remember correctly, this is what Scratch Day is for. smile

The date Scratch was released is May 19th (2007 I think.. it's five years ago tongue ) which is considered Scratch's birthday. smile

Also: It gives other topics a chance to get noticed if you could wait 24 hours (a day) or until the topic is off the first page before bumping. wink
