What do you guys think of this one?
I steal a glance at my clock. Still 11:34. Einstein once said the passage of time – that is, how fast or slow it goes – all depends on where you are. Well, he was right about that. I’ve waited for an hour, and yet my clock still taunts me, never changing its cold, illuminated visage.
I look away from the tormentor on my nightstand, and turn my countenance to the white wall beside me. The smooth white paint coating the partition has a soothing effect on me, like watching snow fall and create an equally smooth and tranquil layer on the ground. I close my eyes, and feel my head sink into my pillow.
I am suddenly on a train. Rain is falling in sheets as I step onto the quaint locomotive. A cup of hot chocolate radiates heat, which my cold, wet hands quickly absorb. A man in a blue uniform takes our bags and stows them away. I shiver as I take my coat off. I take another sip of the liquid benefactor in my hand, feeling it spread throughout my body. I catch a marshmallow in my teeth, and smile at the experience of its melting in my mouth.
We sit down, and I look around. The lights in the train are dimmed, and the rain outside whispers in hushed voices against the window. My hand extends outward, and places the cup of hot chocolate into the cup holder. I watch wisps of steam rise from the cup and dissipate into the warm air of the cabin. The train sounds a faint whistle. Its wheels begin moving, sighing under the weight of the locomotive. They chug along, working and never tiring. Just their steady chug, chug, chug. I am asleep.

I like it! But how did the person in the story get on the train?
It was a dream. The last line, "I am asleep," has a double meaning. He his asleep in his train dream and in real life.
