I watched "Feeling Pinkie Keen" this morning, since samid11 recommended it for me. It was one of the best episodes I've seen (partially because of the brief Derpy appearance), but I can't say it's my #1 favorite. I especially liked how crazy Pinkie acted throughout the episode. I liked the part where she was rolling around on the grass; it was kinda cute. Celestia falling out of the sky to retrieve Spike's note was pretty funny too.

So, next up is "The Show Stoppers", since veggieman001 recommended it for me.
