Mac uploading problem

sad  Every time I try to upload a project on my ibookg4, running 10.5.6,I get a kernal panic or giberish. The problem is very bad because the giberish is from 10.2. Dear Scratch, Pls help!
ps the only project I have online was uploaded from a PC at school.

At the top of the "Troubleshooting" section, there's an unclosed sticky. I believe there's the solution in there.
