Coolhogs has got it right there - we'd hate to ban someone cos a hacker has asked us to do it in the name of someone else. The other thing, of course, is why ban you? If you've decided to quit Scratch you can just not come to the site anymore, and if you change your mind, want to come back and you've been banned then that's a lot more trouble for everyone! Banning someone takes time too.
