right now Windows XP My version (governer), by Governer, is on the front page for both top Loved and top Downloaded.

Well, see, the top project that is circled has a "G" for the user's first letter in their username, but on the lower project that is circled, for this hand, there is a "C" in the beginning of their username, so either the picture came out wrong or you my friend, are beginning to become a liar to Scratch.

To be more on topic I don't think I'm anywhere near the front pag, the most love its I have is 7 or maybe 8, I don't care that much though, I'll wait til I come up with something a lot of people like. It is better to be focused on making good projects and enjoying scratch than worried about popularity.

Dibbo222, one thing you might want to add is how many love its, downloads, remixes, views, etc you need to get front page on average, as a starting point Snake classic had 38 love its and made third place on top loved.
