A mod that just contains blocks from the block library is not a good mod at all. You need to make some of your own!
Also, the stuff you need it around the forums, I'm sure you're a smart guy and can find it.
Also, if you want to get on Mod Share, it says:
Note that we will refuse mods that contain or link to inappropriate content, mods that have many stolen blocks, or mods that have little added features.
By added, that means added by the developer(s), not the block library.

To make menu panels like File, Edit and Help, refer to http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=96782
Also, jvvg is right. You really can't make a mod if you don't know how to code. You can search around on http://squeak.org for some good tutorials and practice some on a different source code. So, really, if all you are going to use is Stack's blocks, I'd like some credit for writing most of Ignition's blocks.
You can really learn a lot from tutorials. I wrote the transcript blocks from a tutorial on youtube and finding the class it used and then coding stuff like Transcript show: t1 and stuff.
The bottom line: Your mod will not stick out if all of the blocks have been used in other mods. The community wants something new.

Stolen? I'm giving credit, and that's not stealing.

OK. I will make a new feature in ignition, but it's kind of hard to get ideas. I just got 3 blocks from the block library, and I will add a lot more (On my own, no mod copying, no block library stealing.)

It also says "little added features", and like I said before, added means that the developer created it, not some person on the block library.

If you want to debate this any more, please use the Mod Share Forums.
Edit: Oh, I overlooked the post. I hope to see some interesting blocks!

I think you turn off fill screen, and then alt-click the logo a couple (four?) times and click the marker icon.
But first you need to replace the .dll files if you're importing it (recommended).
There's no ddl files.

There's no ddl files.
It's the .dll files that came with the original Scratch 1.4, not the source code.

Is that a question or a statement?
