When I'm away, you take over. You also have the second highest power in decision making. And you can accept/decline applications. Remember, only accept if the person is advanced in the job they wan't. If not, give helpful and friendly advice. Also, if they're activity level is below 6, decline. And say they have to be more active so we can rely on them. I have noticed you are very active, so I trust you with this position.

PS: I'm removing the wall jumping. It is unnecessary.
