I'd like this, too. I'm kind of stuck to making personalized speech and thought bubbles, so I'd like the option to change the font and size of whatever the sprite says and thinks if at all possible.

I don't see how we could do the font changing - Not everyone has the same set of fonts. And different fonts can be used on sprites because they're later converted to a image when played online.
Maybe for the font we could just have different booleans, such as bold, italics, and underline.
But I definitively support the size changing 
And also... What about being able to change the color of the say (and soon, ask!) bubble? That'd be awesome.
