Yes I closed your thread and we got your report. I've bumped the report with my own so that the Scratch team can see exactly what I did and which thread it concerns. I feel that the thread didn't fit in the Scratch forums and we're dealing with your report to make sure that I did the right thing. If the Scratch Team disagree with me then the topic will be reopened.
This topic isn't about a Project you made and doesn't fit in any other forum so I'm closing it. There is no need to report this thread too as it's already reported.
