Could you make a small sig, so that it can fit under the sig I have? Could the text Say: REVIEW! and be like your sig colours only in green? And could when you click on it could it go to my forum topic You Review?

I would like a signature that says cycles between multiple pictures. It is advertising my writing blog, which has a pale/light orange theme. I would like it to say (each new line would be a new slide on the signature):
