What's the best Playstation 3 game?

OK guys. I have some money to spend and I wanna buy a ps3 game. It gotta be the best and I don't wanna cry that I spend my money on something that is stupid and unplayable. I will give you some criteria:
1. I don't want a fighting game
2. It has to have a long and cool plot
3. It would be nice if there was an ability to play around even when I finish the game.

Metal Gear Solid Four or LittleBigPlanet.

Also, even though this is a fighting game: Street fighter IV.

LittleBigPlanet.

Its a platforming game, it has a good plot, and tons of user generated stuff which you can mess about with for ages. It also got A BAFDA and was voted game of the year.

Deadspace is fun if you like horror.
MGS4 is fun if you want a tactical shooter.
I have alot more but they might not interest you.

By just guessing.
Bionic Commando looks pretty tight.
inFamous was a really fun demo.
Resistance 2 or Killzone 2 looks fun.
LBP also looks fun.

LBP if u like total awesomeness, Uncharted if u like shooters, Infamous is totally awesome, or bionic commando, also if you have hooked up internet try warhawk!(its an online only game)

Armored core 4 or for answer. I read your post and you don't like fighters... but I suggest that you try one of these out. a great customization game, and Robots + Explosions = WIN! (I haven't played through the game myself, but I do know you can replay the story at regular or "Hard Mode" difficulty)

I haven't finished the game so I don't know. But I think it is a good game
