Is it just my browser or is Scratch kinda messed up?

On the website many of the games i play all the time arent playing and some pictures are seriously messed up.

777w said it works fine in Chrome, and it works fine for me in all of my browsers except IE. It's definitely just your browser.

I was having the same problem, and it was fixed when I viewed everything in compatibility mode. Try that.

Try Chrome! It's better than IE! By the way, some website features aren't supported by IE, but most are supported by Chrome! I see some problems (e.g. stack blocks have one word/argument per line) as mentioned in your picture.

P.S. Firefox will also solve the Block Plugin limitations with IE.

I used to have IE, but it was too glitchy. IE can have multiple glitches on Scratch.

Use Firefox. IE and ScratchBlocks don't mix well.

Try using the java player  tongue

It depends on the version of IE; it works in newer ones but not in older ones.

IE dosen't support Flash that well.
