Try Chrome! It's better than IE! By the way, some website features aren't supported by IE, but most are supported by Chrome! I see some problems (e.g. stack blocks have one word/argument per line) as mentioned in your picture.
P.S. Firefox will also solve the Block Plugin limitations with IE.

It depends on the version of IE; it works in newer ones but not in older ones.
