First you have to become a Scratcher. You just become a Scratcher by being friendly and active for about a month. Once you're a Scratcher, you can go to profile > Personality and then you can upload a signature! You can add text, or have an image using the [img] tags. The signature must not be any taller than 150 pixels or else it will be chopped off at the bottom or have more than 400 characters.
