To download a project, you have to make sure you have scratch in the first place. Also, the project may have more memory than your computer can store.

Maybe you're just having trouble locating the downloaded file? Many browsers have a special folder for downloaded items.

Nevermind this topic anymore! I restored my computer to it's orginal factory condition.
It had a virus.

VIRUS?! OK, so you should enable your firewall to prevent further software viruses.
