No, the Scratch Team doesn't have a button to ban you from the front page, but they do have the ability to block a single project from being shown on the front page.

For the record, yes, there is a feature that we can use to keep all projects made by a given account off the front page. We often use it for alternate accounts, to keep a person from having more than one project on the frontpage at the same time.
