I found a glitch when the arrow hits red the red part it dosn't lose a arrow

I don't have much time so can you complete it for me? here are the plans:
you must get the required amount of points before 10 seconds are over if you don't you lose. there will be 3 levels.
level 1: 35 points required
level 2: 40 points required
level 3: 50 points required
If you pass all of these levels you win.
