Wow, good idea.

Perhaps the scratch team should go around making really good projects into apps on the app store!

First of all, which app store are you talking about?

Second, I'm pretty sure users might not want their project stolen and ported without their permission.

Third, I'm pretty sure you'd rather have the scratch team work on 2.0, not porting projects to app stores.

(And fourth, if you're talking about the iOS app store, that costs $99 per year, which the scratch team probably can't afford for a useless feature like this)
