Design Studio is the NEW way to DRAW!!!
Design Studio is a CAD-like program. It has a lot of functions and its a unique way to draw! It uses keyboard input to draw using an X-Y axis. You can find it here: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/MelonCompProg/2515650
Design Studio Functions:
*Press space to show input line*
-Draw LINE
-Draw RECTANGLE
-Draw DOT
-Change PEN COLOR
-Change PEN THICKNESS
-Change BACKGROUND COLOR
-CLEAR
-RESET
-HELP

Well, that's pretty cool 
But using it as a practical paint editor is nigh-impossible since importing/exporting images would be very difficult.

Thanks. Unfortunately Scratch can't do that, but I really wish it did. It really is just a paint editor but it can help you draw straight lines and measure things correctly.
