This is linXu (the latest version): http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/ThelinXuProject/525662
I need some help developing it. Please join The linXu Project and help me out. I need people who are experienced in Scratch. Thanks to all who join The linXu Project!
Thanks, ThelinXuProject

I could but I'm busy on this "Club Hamster" thingy (on an alt. account). I might cancel it though, since there's not much attention to it...
So yeah, I'll join the linXu project, as a programmer. If you need to see my programming experience, check out this gallery.
EDIT: I got an idea! Add-Ons. They're simple project which users can download and import to your linXu project, to get a new program. The extension should include:
-Icon launcher for the program
-All parts of the program
-If applicable, a sprite with all scripts that need to be added to other sprites, specifying CLEARLY which sprite needs it and if necessary, which script(s) should be deleted for it to work well. As for this, I think we could "tag" scripts with a comment block, or doing this:
[blocks]<when green flag clicked>
<say[ [WHATEVER] script, version [version]. ]for( 0 )secs>
[REST OF SCRIPT]
[/blocks]
I think the say block could be better since it attached to the script, while the user can move the comment block and mess it up. And we don't want stupid bug reports related to Add-On installing coming up, right?

I think I'm going to finish up the project... I'll download it and try to finish at least the installation process.
EDIT: Nevermind. Too hard to understand for me. I'm leaving the programmer position.
