Anyone else using the newest snapshots? You know, 12w21a and 12w21b?
They're pretty cool. Sandstone villages, villager trading, ender chests, etc.
But is anyone else getting a lot of bugs? I am. Don't know if it's my computer or the snapshot though.
Like, once I had a superflat world. A few reloads later, it looked like this.
Also, once I was in a world and I started digging. The graphics didn't update but I heard the digging sounds. A few seconds later Minecraft shut itself down.

No, distributing an entire .minecraft folder is illegal.
Not just the jar.
You can't do anything with just the jar.
There's tons of content stored outside of it.

It is super buggy.

So much so I almost found it unplayable.

Moving too far from spawn (or, apparently for me, going back into a world after exiting) will cause chunks to never load.

Actually, you're both wrong. Read the Terms of Use. It clearly states that you cannot distribute anything they've made.

Wait, about the chunks never loading thing, is that the void glitch? Apparently a lot of people are getting this bug where they reload a world and they appear to be in the void. It happened to me once.

But yeah, there are a ton of bugs in the new snapshots. It's a shame, since there are so many cool features in them.

No? I use them a lot. I have so much useless gold and redstone that I can't afford NOT to craft them. I have half a chest of redstone (uncrafted) and about a full chest of gold ingots (some from my farm in the nether)

You should use the redstone to make obsidian as well
And i only use my gold for powered rails, golden apples, and glistering melons

What do I need obsidian for? I have a bunch of portals, my home is very high in the sky (go through nether portals) and I just converted a whole lava-filled ravine to obsidian. Plus, I have a fortune 2 pick. Explains all the redstone, eh?
