Scrtch cat's nam can be scrtch, but I don't know about Scratch cat's name.

Come on, try Broadcastic OS 2.0. It has 3 editions for businesses, media, and home. Also, there's Broadcastic OS Metro Edition Release Candidate.

I actually can't recall an actual official reference to the name being "the Scratch Cat," but it is a/the cat of Scratch.
