Right click in the scripting area that is not covered by any script and select "add comment"
I have seen a topic like that before too so this might be a duplicate.

Like jontmy said, right-click in an area that doesn't have a script in it, click add comment, and type it in. Then you can move it where you want it by clicking and dragging the top of the box. Hope this helps!
