How to make a moving avatar

Did you ever want to have a moving avatar? (Like Doody's current one)
Well this is a tutorial for you!
Things you need:
Any drawing programme
A programme called "Microsoft GIF Animator"

How to make an Avatar:
1. Get the right size for an avatar. There's many ways of doing this. Simply save your current avatar, then edit it, and clear it.
2. In your drawing programme draw the first frame of your avatar. Then save it AS A GIF. Give it a simple name like "My avatar1" Make sure you number all your frames IN ORDER.
3.Now make the next frame the way you made your first one. Give it a name, and mark it as the second one. Repeat as many times as you need. REMEMBER: Save all the images as GIFs
4. Open up your GIF animator. If you know how to use it skip to step "9"
5. In your GIF animator click the OPEN button. Import your first frame. For all your other frames, you have to press the INSERT button. Use the little arrows on the side to move the frames around.
6. Now in the IMAGE section UN tick the TRANSPARENCY box. Repeat for all frames.
7. Now set the length of each frame to a chosen time. NOTE: The time is not seconds. It's milliseconds.
8. Now click the PLAY button. It will preview your animation. If you're happy with it, then press STOP and save it as a GIF!
9. On your user page click "Change Picture". Browse your GIF and open it.

IMPORTANT: If you use too many colours or too many pictures in your animation, then it might not upload.
