I dont care about how hard it is or if its fun or not. I really want a job and I am SOOOO under age. thats why I like doing stuff like being a moderator. it helps me know what its like to "work" and I would love to help the scratch community.

After reading this I think I am ready to be a moderator. I am mature. I am not mean to Scratchers. I have not ignored anbody because I think it is mean to that person. And I am 14 years old. Also, I am on the website very often. And I don't really care about a fancy name or whatever.
Thanks

I always thought being moderated was like king:
"NOW I SHALL BAN YOU" I always pictured myself saying. But I thought wrong.

Too much responsibility.
But after reading this, I realized the sacrifice of others who were willing to moderate the Scratch website.
Thank you coolstuff, cheddargirl, demontheses, fullmoon, JSO, MyRedNeptune, Wolfie1996, the previous mods, and the scratch team.

I read the whole first post!
I never knew what moderators actually did. I just thought they had lots of stuff they were meant to do, but never did it, because people on scratch forums never really broke the rules set out.

Thanks for the guide coolstuff! Whenever the next election is, I'd like to run, now that I know what to expect if I get to be one!

It is a good guide, but it puts you off wanting to be a moderator!
