add levels,obstacles,meshes to get caught in,psycho killer police,aliens,UFOS,pets(black cats!),music,tumbling marbles that kill you,liquids(water,lava etc.),falling trees,food to heal you,trash to unheal you,headphones to distract you and poison to kill you!
that would make a cool game
