Re: AdvancedX - For Advanced Users

When I click accept, it always says "right parentheses expected" in a random spot, and I do have a pair of parentheses at the beginning and end of the code.
For example: ('get %s' #r #getTime: 'date')

I still can't figure out how to upload, even with the tutorial. When I accept, the highlighted thing clears.

Highlight only the new stuff you added. Then click save, and then accept.

Re: AdvancedX - For Advanced Users

I can't copy/paste, it just pastes "obsolete block specs."

Re: AdvancedX - For Advanced Users

The Scratch Jr. link is broken, and isn't Scratch already pretty "junior". Or are we introducing programming to toddlers now?

Re: AdvancedX - For Advanced Users

I would help, but I really know nothing about squeak, so I could do some graphics for blocks, or whatever. I also COULD learn squeak, if you end up not having enough programmers. I really like the idea of having a more advanced version though, so I will help if you need it.  smile
I also think it would be a good idea if there were way more good pre-loaded sprites, so people who stink at graphics could use one of those until they get their own. I would be willing do draw some of them.

Re: AdvancedX - For Advanced Users

Maybe I could help some. All I could do is post things here, though. You said you needed more programmers, so even though I am not very good at the things you need I could help a little. I do actually know a few basic HTML things. I am a New Scratcher, but that just means i am new to the Scratch website.
