It means your project is over 10 megabytes large. Try going through and removing unused costumes and sounds. Also, compress remaining sounds and images.

its not a bug, it just means your project is too big
try clicking "edit" in the top left corner of the screen and compressing your sounds and images
the sounds wont be as good and the images may look fuzzy but you may be able to upload your project
btw for a signature go to "profile" then "personality" and put up your image

If the project is over 10 MB in size, it will have trouble working online, especially on the old Java Player. Most Scratchers use that project viewer.
