Hi, I'm New!
Hey Everyone! I'm new, and I love to use Scratch, which I am using currently for a new project under construction. I am happy to be here. I like to see Pokemon, Kirby, Mario, Sonic, Scene Creator, Cake & Cupcake Maker, Ice Cream Maker & Video Game Dress Up
projects. I would also like to know what day Scratch Day is, and what is celebrates. I also want to know how to help Scratch and when Scratch started. Thank you!

Scratch day is on 19 May 2012. To learn more about Scratch Day, click here.
Scratch started in 2007 to answer your last question.

You definitely will see everything you listed on Scratch. I'm going to quote karenb:
"Scratch Day is a worldwide network of gatherings, where people come together to meet other Scratchers, share projects and experiences, and learn more about Scratch. We hope that you'll be able to attend an event near you (explore the map at http://day.scratch.mit.edu) -- or that you'll celebrate Scratch Day and Scratch's fifth birthday with others in the online community."
You can help Scratch by posting good projects, not spamming, leaving helpful comments, and sharing Scratch with others! As for how Scratch started, I have absolutely no idea! Hope this helps.

To help Scratch, you can share things you've learned about Scratch in the help with scripts section, see if there are any requests you can fill in the requests section, say hi and be nice to new scratchers, make nice comments in show and tell, help people come up with ideas in project ideas, maybe do a collaboration project in collaboration, help the Scratch Team by flagging innappropriate or rude things, the list goes on and on and on. You don't have to do all that, but those are just things you can do.
Why are the secret organizations getting all the attention?
