Moving pics

How do people get moving pics or icons?


Please answer because I think it's cool.

i think it is perfect right where it is and he is talking about moving gifs or animated gifs to be specific.

Animated gifs can be made with a gif editor like www.gifworks.com or what i use is www.gifninja.com glad to help Scratch-On!  smile
