Please help me make an online pokemon game where you can battle each other and chose any starter Pokemon. I can advertise for it enough by email and you could if you wanted to. Starter Pokemon Guidelines:
Any starter from Gen 1-4 (Generation 5 will come after the full beta)
Any Pokemon with one type at beginning evolution, two types can be anywhere else and three stages. (ex. Shinx is the best example and maybe the only... I didn't research.)
Info:
-I do not know HTML, Java, or Flash. Those are the best 3 programs for this type of thing, however
-Full version will include Ranks, such as Admin/Moderator, Member, and etc. Please give me admin access.
-Add a simple command interface, chatting, and swear-control.
-Add "plugin subscriptions" where you can "subscribe" to an in-game magazine/catalog where you can "order" Pokemon to add to your team.
-This is a variation of XplosiveCowz' Pokemon PC Online, but has new features and unused features.
-If Pokemon PC Online is made, then why not just not care about this one?

StarterX Info:

"We specially breed starter Pokemon of the finest quality to produce eggs, which are hatched with our bike riders while they are on deliveries. Our machine gives all Pokemon a specially good check and we can TM your starters for extra $PkMn$ (pokemoney). Your first Pokemon is free, and this is where you get your starter. Also, we allow you to use our LabX program to create a Pokemon Lab for young trainers to get Pokemon from. You can have one Pokemon Lab per trainer. You will need to pay $PkMn[1000]$ to get your lab, and you can only use starters that:
A) Are starters in other regions
B) You have in your Pokedex
You can also trade starters through our TradeX Program. You must first type in the person's name. If they are online, they will be given a note that says, "[yourname] sent a message through TradeX!" This will only work if they also have a StarterX subscription. If they do not, you will have to trade at a Trade Center. If they do, you will get a message from TradeX that says "Successfully connected to [friendname]!" Let's give this example:
Trainer 1: KoolKat
Trainer 2:XCowz
XCowz screen:
"KoolKat sent a message through TradeX! Do you want to trade?"
XCowz clicks "Yes"
KoolKat screen:
"Successfully connected to XCowz!"
TradeX Menu:
"KoolKat offered to trade CYNDAQUIL"
"XCowz offered to trade DRATINI"
KoolKat screen:
"Would you like to trade CYNDAQUIL for XCowz's DRATINI?"
KoolKat clicks "Yes"
XCowz screen:
"Would you like to trade DRATINI for KoolKat's CYNDAQUIL?"
XCowz clicks "Yes"
[bright flash]
"KoolKat released CYNDAQUIL to TradeX"
"XCowz released DRATINI to TradeX"
[waits about 5 seconds]
"KoolKat received DRATINI through TradeX!"
"XCowz received CYNDAQUIL through TradeX!"

You can also battle using our "plugin"-supported BattleX! BattleX lets you install Battle Gear, also known as "plugins" or PBG (Pokemon Battle Gear) to help you win and be successful. We created the PBG Essentials. This PBG allows you to chat during battle, creates an atmospheric Custom Arena that you can edit, and adds Battle Interface, or BI. This BI allows you to create your own battle screen. You can position yourself and your opponent, and you can position the Pokemon's HP bars. You can also use others' BIs  so you don't have to do as much work. We also give you one starter BI, the double battle support BI, or the DBS. It puts both of your Pokemon on opposite sides of the screen and the HP Bars on the same sides as the Pokemon. It also adds custom battle text. This will show to your opponent as well. It is powered by the Command Interface and battle chat.
Example:
[custombattletext_] Quilava hopes to win! [_custombattletext]
would say: "Quilava hopes to win!"
and
[custombattletext_me_] I hope that I can win this (pkmn) battle! [_custombattletext_me]
would say if my name was KoolKat: "KoolKat says: I hope that I can win (it would show a poke ball icon) battle!"

I hope a great coder comes and makes this.  The XEssentials Team will be whoever develops the StarterX catalog, TradeX System, BattleX Coding, and the LabX Scripting. I hope you will help with this!
