When this day comes, which artists from the 90's do you think will be shoehorned into the "classic rock" definition?
My guesses would be Nirvana, Soundgarden, The Black Crowes, Stone Temple Pilots, and so on. There's probably more I could throw out, but I can't exactly put my finger on it now.
Which artists do you think would become classic rock?

And here's the moment in which I'm the only one who likes Nevermind and despises the other two albums.
Yes, I'd say those bands would qualify as Grunge more than Classic Rock. Then again, I also think "classic" in this case, is a terribly loose and relative term. In the 2030s they might as well call Green Day and Linkin Park "classic" rock too, lol. That's basically why I don't like englobating a group of bands as "classic" rock, it's better to categorize them by the genres they pertain to, and if necessary, the time in which it was developed and released (70s rock =/= 2000's rock).

Maybe. These are much more subject to change than actual genres and music scenes, so it'd make sense

Grunge, Radiohead.
I was thinking about saying Green Day, but it's a bit of a stretch.
True. Early pop punk like that will take longer to get that "classic" reputation.
