Yes you can still compete, you should be allowed to have 1 more member join, so if someone else wants to join then they can, but only for teams that aren't filled up.

Yes, you can, as I remember you asked earlier before the deadline (specially posting this to let beyblade4/robot_productions1 know), hopefully if Andres-Vander agrees

You give us the theme and what type of project it has to be? Sidescrolling and swimming, summer olympic themed? This is supposed to be a programming competition not an Olympic theme competition. How can we be innovative when you're so restrictive?

It is not restrictive being that you follow a theme. The challenge is that you have to create a swimming game which is Olympic Based Themed and have water variables. After that is all yours.

Precisely, this would be in the Programming category and of the challenges, each week(s) there is a theme/category in which you guys would create a project for. Not all of them are as you say "restrictive" as this one. This is the entry project.
