I'm an experienced scratcher and do BYOB, but beyond that, I'm kinda new. I'll find a tutorial for whatever I need to do, since I can learn pretty quickly.

Could you get started on the website (for the program). The way I described it.
[EDIT: You don't have to finish it all now.]

With what? Weebly?
No, host it with something more professional. Have you seen the block library website, make it like that.

I really do not know how to do advanced programming. I'd need someone to show me first to learn, like I said in my first post. I might be able to help program blocks and stuff like that, but I've never done a website.

A: You need to know PHP, Python, Java, HTML-CSS, Javascript, and need to have worked with Ajax in order to make a website with data. And hosting. You need that too.
B: For making a language, start with expressions. I would recommend starting with the Scratch Forum Blocks language. It's a good start.
C: Why not just use Scratch's login system? There's a certain URL you can use with the ScratchR API to check if a username & password are true or false. If they are true, you can even store it in the database when Scratch is down. That's what Scratch Resources does.
Just some thoughts. I had the same ideas as yours.

We need someone to start creating the website.

I can be the website host (I can give you FTP, a mySQL DB, and a subdomain), and I can help a little with the coding, but I'm not nearly good enough at css.

I still can't figure out how to upload, even with the tutorial. When I accept, the highlighted thing clears.
